This hotel has a great location next to a shopping mall, making it convenient for travelers who love to shop. the rooms are generally clean and comfortable with nice interior designs and some offer sunset views. it is near a bus station, and the hotel towels are made into elephant decorations. one issue is that the staff struggles with communication and general management, leading to confusion with check-ins and exaggerated charges.

Overall clean and modern hotel with magnificent location near bus terminal, just what I needed. The staff were really helpful and very very helpful, and the free parking was available. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 beds at separate areas, basic setup plus a window overlooking Central Hatyai, which I really appreciated. Location: the property was close to Asian & greenway night market and Thailand for the last 6 years. The stay was such great!

Reasonably clean, hip new hotel, I liked spotless and huge rooms and pleasant staff. Units with basic setup. Coffee and an iron were much appreciated.

Spacious and Comfortable Lobby: Stepping into the lobby felt like entering a dreamland where comfort and relaxation were the main characters. The design was so inviting that I half expected to see fluffy clouds and angels playing harps!

During our stay at Z Sleep, we had a small issue with the bathroom flooding in our friend's room. However, the friendly staff acted quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem, providing exceptional service. The hotel's location near Festival Mall was convenient for shopping and events, although it did cause some noise until midnight. Our room was comfortable, and we appreciated the proximity to the mall.

No hot water kettle in the room, which made getting hot water for our baby a hassle. , housekeeping accused us of breaking a glass and pressured us to pay for it, even though we didn't do it.

I recently stayed at Z Sleep Hotel for a week and it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Central Festival mall and within walking distance to the Asian & Greenway night markets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the amenities provided, like the hair dryer and toiletries, were of good quality. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely book this hotel again.

The rooms were very spacious and well-decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the helpful staff and the fact that there was a microwave oven and coffee machine in the pantry. the location was perfect for us, with a large shopping center close by and a few great night markets within walking distance.

The amenities in the room were lacking - only one chair and one mirror were provided for a triple room. there was no water heater or kettle in the room, so we had to rely on the pantry for hot water.
